WHO AM I?

I am the owner and ‘lifestyle chef’ at Middle Piccadilly Rural Retreat in the heart of the beautiful Dorset countryside, I arrived here back in 1995 leaving behind 20 years in the joinery/cabinetmaking industry and kinda fell into my current situation. My mum and dad who started Middle Piccadilly back in 1985/86 were thinking about moving on and spending more time enjoying their retirement, so the transition over the next couple of years left me holding the reins. At this point my culinary journey began, in at the deep end it was a steep learning curve and quite challenging at times.
